CHEESY QUICK BREAD RECIPE

Cheesy Quick Bread Recipe @ treatntrick.blogspot.com

This mix and bake Cheesy Quick Bread was a nice change from a regular sweet treats I have baked.

Am a fan of quick and easy bread that can be whipped up for less than an hour.  Never used cheese in quick bread so this is my first trial.

Most of the recipe called for cheddar or other sharp tasting cheese but I only have cream cheese so make use of that. Only added half the amount of cheese required.

Since this is a savory bread, added only a tablespoon of sugar.  You may add more for a sweeter version.

This Cheesy Quick Bread turned out great, my kids loved it and the best part it is super easy to make.

In another bowl,  beat together egg with butter, mix in milk.

Now combine wet ingredients with flour mixture, stir until well combined.  Add in grated cheese.
