This is my favorite chocolate cake. Eggless Chocolate Cake (Dairy Free) was super moist, low fat and dairy free.
Over the years, we've used a bunch of different recipes but this one really the easiest to make but one of the best, tasted so good even without icing.

Such a delicious looking and moist cake. I’ll be featuring this post today at Thursday Favorite Things (starting at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.) :)
ReplyDeleteLooks sinful. I might sub some banana, applesauce, or dates instead of refined sugar. Saw it at SSPS #288. Looks like there's much to see and many good lifestyle posts I want to read. My shares this week are #65 through 69. Enjoy and be well.
ReplyDeleteLooks wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI like the suggestion from Nancy to try to add banana and reduce sugar. Might try that.
I’m featuring this recipe at the Sunday Sunshine Blog Hop 89, so be sure to stop by!
