DATES YOGURT CAKE

Dates Yogurt Cake Recipe @ treatntrick.blogspot.com

Another easy recipe to whip up a delicious cake. All done by hand, simply mix and bake. The only extra work is removing the stone from the dates and chopped them.  Best to chop up the dates in larges chunk so it is visible on your cake.

Dates Yogurt Cake  is so moist and delicious. I'.m having hard time to preserve the bake before it disappears. Will definitely bake them often.

  2. This looks so delicious TREAT & TRICK. It is also interesting that it does not need eggs. When I bake these days I like the idea of using less eggs and it is good to see this recipe that does not need eggs. Have a good Friday.

  30. This evening i've been looking for a recipe in which i could use dates and yogurt as these were the only ingredients, or so, i had available, and i had a sweet craving, after a bit of search i came across your recipe and immediately got to the job! In less than quarter of an hour it was in the oven, and by now it is gone! i used a buckwheat flour, fig jam instead of the suger 'cos i ran out of my muscovado and i avoid castor sugar, plus i put the coconut oil in substitution for the butter and used only bicarbonate, the result was awesome! Absolutely great simple recipe!
