Super tasty treat made of banana. This Fried Banana w/Chocolate is dipped in coating batter, fried then drizzle with chocolate. The combination works better than you might expect. these sweet and juicy dessert taste even better when served hot.
I used ripened banana, slice it diagonally. It is best to slice it last to avoid discoloration.
After mixing the batter, you could add one or two tablespoon more water if it is too thick. The batter should be the right consistency to coat the banana well.
Instead of deep frying, I prefer to shallow fried them as not to waste so much oil. Always avoid re-using the same oil.
Fried Banana w/Chocolate turned out awesome. We clean up the whole batch immediately. Eating them on their own was delicious but with chocolate. it tastes even better!
