Condensed Milk Ross Recipe @

A perfect sweet bread to accompany your morning cup of coffee or tea.

Condensed Milk Rolls is similar with other sweet bread recipe but with addition of sweetened condensed milk.

These rolls  require longer time to rise, in my case it tools more than  90 minutes.  Out of this dough I get 9 decent rolls.

It can be shaped into any shape you like, filled with sweet filling, braid or turn into one big loaf,

We love to dunk Condensed Milk Rolls in  freshly brewed coffee while watching a television show.  You may check other bread recipes I have baked over the years:

Gradually add milk mixture, condensed milk   to the dry ingredients.  Dough is very sticky.

Add softened butter and  additional flour, knead until smooth and elastic.

Divide into  9  equal balls. Shape into rounds and place onto  greased baking sheet. Cover with lightly greased plastic wrap, allow to rise for 1  hour.  Towards the end of rising time preheat oven @ 190  C.

Lightly brush tops with milk or egg wash. .

Bake for 20 - 25  minutes until golden brown.
