TUNA PIZZA CUPS

Tuna Pizza Cups Recipe @ treatntrick.blogspot.com

These Tuna Pizza Cups are made with my favorite pizza dough. It is stuffed with spicy tuna. They'll spin your idea of just how easy these little snacks are to make at home. They turned out beautifully.

Tuna Pizza Cups Recipe @ treatntrick.blogspot.com

This recipe is a keeper, you can vary the filling according to your choice either sweet or savory and make these amazing cups for your family.  You can easily adopt each individual cup to your preference. Some with veggies, some without or some with cheese and some without.

For vegetarian, replace the tuna with sauteed vegetables such as spinach, mushrooms, tofu etc.

These clever little bites  are easy when you begin with  this pizza cups recipe baked in a
muffin tin.

2 big onion chopped
2 tomato chopped
2 tablespoon cilantro chopped
salt to taste
lemon juice

Punch the dough down,  roll out into rectangle, cut into  9 cm squares. Transfer onto muffin pan.  Let the dough rest for 40 minutes.  Combine all the filling ingredients in a bowl, keep refrigerated.

Towards the end of rising time, preheat oven @ 190 C.

Divide filling evenly and spoon over dough.  Bake for 10 minutes until the edges are golden brown.

Transfer onto rack to cool. Enjoy!
