When I bake a cake, I make sure to incorporate fruits into the batter, in this case I had used orange juice. This Orange Cake is a dairy free and egg free recipe.
It's amazing how this Dairy Free and Egg Free Orange Cake looks 'normal'. The texture is perfectly moist. There is a hint of orange that adds a mild tanginess to the cake. I love how the orange juice perfectly compliments the flavor of cake.
The Dairy Free and Egg Free Orange Cake is darn easy to make, you don't need a mixer at all, simply combining the wet and dry ingredients to form into thick but pouring batter.
Make sure to preheat the oven prior to baking and lightly grease the cake pan. Fill only up to half to give room for the batter to rise.

You are such a whiz with dairy and egg free recipes! My mother used to make us amazing cakes with fresh fruit or juices and it made such a difference in the flavor. Thank you so much for sharing this healthy and delectable recipe with us at the Plant-Based Potluck Party Blog Hop! I appreciate it!
YUM - Have made this, and I love it! A good straightforward recipe with pleasant flavour and aroma and the cornflour means that it even looks orange! Not too sweet. Not as moist as I expected but yes it's light and nice with a hot drink or on its own. Versatile enough to enjoy warm, cold or even after storing frozen awhile. My 5-year-old niece who's a fussy eater also approves and will be able to help make her own cake because it's simple enough. Best of all, no dairy, egg, sulphites, fructans etc. Thank you. ~ Ruth, Australia
