A slightly different way to make a fluffy rolls. Am curious to know how The Best Sweet Yeast Rolls turned out after watching a video by Today Food-Tasty..
It starts by mixing flour. sugar. warm milk and melted butter in a mixing bowl. No kneading at this stage, cover and let rise for 60 minutes.
After the dough has risen, add baking powder, salt and additional flour little by little. Stir the dough together with your rubber spatula or wooden spoon. The dough is super sticky. Roll out on heavily floured surface into a rectangle, apply butter and sprinkle with brown sugar (I used orange colored one). Equally cut into 10 slices. Roll each into a ball and place onto a greased baking pan.
Original recipe is called Homemade Cinnamon Rolls but I change my mind and shape them into a round ball.
The Best Sweet Yeast Rolls turned out PERFECT, rose beautifully. Amazing taste, worth all my effort.

Cut the log into 10 equal pieces. Roll each into a round ball. Let sit and covered for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven @ 180 C, brush with water. Bake until golden for 25-30 minutes. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes, transfer onto rack to cool.
