If you are not a fan of bird's eye chili you can replace with red chili. Add your favorite veggies if you have.
An incredible simple and delicious Extra Hot Fried Rice / Nasi Goreng Chili Padi really make you full throughout the day. It can be served for lunch, dinner or anytime of the day with a lot of variations.
With this basic recipe, we can add chicken, shrimp or other seafood for a complete meal in a jiffy.

EXTRA HOT FRIED RICE / NASI GORENG CILI PADI
Serves : 2
2 bowl cooked rice
1 big onion
3 cloves garlic
5 cili padi (bird's eye chili)
2 tablespoon dry anchovies washed
1 cup veggies ( cabbage, long bean, capsicum)
2 eggs lightly beaten
salt to taste
oil for frying
salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Pound item 2-5. Wash and cut the veggies. Heat the oil, fry the pounded ingredients until fragrant. Mix in the veggies, fry until cooked. add the salt. Push aside the veggies, add a bit more oil, scramble the eggs. Add in rice, stir all together. Serve hot.
