CHOCOLATE PUDDING RECIPE

This Chocolate Pudding Recipe is made for a lighter  dessert after an indulgent meal.

It was made using agar agar powder, cocoa. milo and milk without egg and cornstarch, cooked  on stove top until it thickens.  If you don't have milo, you can increase the cocoa powder to 2 tablespoon. .

Used small mold for this pudding but you can use one large bowl or container then  cut into slices to serve.

CHOCOLATE PUDDING RECIPE
Yield  :   12

10 g agar agar powder
4 cups evaporated milk
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoon milo powder
1/2 cup hot water

DIRECTIONS

Combine cocoa powder and milo in hot water. Strain.

In a deep  pot, dissolve agar2 in water and milk.

Mix in cocoa mixture and sugar.

Using medium heat, bring to boil with constant stirring.

Rinse the jelly mould,  pour the mixture into one large container or use the small one.

Cool to room temperature,  refrigerator until serving time.

These are so pretty! Where do you get the agar agar powder? I have heard about it on cooking shows but have never used it.
