PLUM HAND PIES USING 2 INGREDIENTS DOUGH

Plum Hand Pies using 2 Ingredients Dough Recipe @ treatntrick.blogspot.com

Top post on IndiBlogger, the biggest community of Indian Bloggers
My first trial making this 2 ingredients dough  using  self rising flour and  Greek yogurt.

The dough can be used to make pizza, bread sticks, pretzels and many more.

I choose to turn this  into Plum Hand Pies Using 2 Ingredients Dough.  It comes  together pretty quick but it was damn sticky to work with.

Only  manage to get a decent size of  6 hand pies out of  this recipe.  As I ran out of fresh plums so added some green apple to make up to 2 cups.

My Plum Hand Pies Using 2 Ingredients Dough turned out soft with crisp edges.  Being a tart fruit, plums need more sugar to sweeten but am okay with this filling.

I have to try this. I'm really terrible when it comes to baking things but a two ingredient dough sounds like something I should be able to manage.

I make 2 ingredient dough often and the first time it was horribly sticky. The key is the brand. Fage 0% Fat Free plain Greek Yogurt works best as does the Pillsbury All Purpose Flour. I haven't made hand pies, I need to try this.

I'm fascinated by your two ingredient pastry, Nora! It looks so light and flaky and the pies look just delicious. Thank you for sharing, and for being a part of the Hearth and Soul Link Party. I’m featuring this post at the party this week. Hope to ‘see’ you there!
